FC CLACTON'S Thurlow Nunn League match at home to Brantham Athletic has been postponed, due to the waterlogged state of the Rush Green Bowl pitch.

The sides were due to meet in a premier division contest tomorrow afternoon.

However, given this week's wet weather and more rain expected overnight, an early decision has been made to call the game off.

Other games in the league are also off, including Stanway Rovers' match at Godmanchester Rovers.

Brightlingsea Regent are due to visit Norwich United.

As things stand, that game is still on but the situation could easily change, depending on how bad the weather is in Norfolk.
