The S5 Para-swimmer, from Holland-on-Sea, was victorious in the 50 metres freestyle, 50m butterfly, 100m and 200m individual medley and finished second in the 50m backstroke.

Colchester Phoenix swimmer Warren was also selected for the East Region 20-point medley relay team, along with Helen Dolphin, Rebecca Lawes and Elissa Martin-De-La-Torre.

They had never swum together before but powered their way to the national title, finishing nine seconds ahead of their closest rivals.
