PAST captain and long-time member Geoff Manning has completed a remarkable feat at Clacton Golf Club.
The 20-handicapper recently managed his long-awaited second hole-in-one β 22 years after his first at the West Road course.
Ironically, both came on the seventh hole.
Manning, who was using a seven iron and a white ball, achieved his first hole-in-one in 1991.
He has been a Clacton member for 32 years, plays two or three times and week, and said: βIt was exciting and a great feeling.β
