Pierre outlines his visions for future

NEW Clacton Cricket Club chairman Pierre Oxley has outlined a bold vision for the future that includes title glory and plans to host floodlit Twenty20 matches.

The Tendring First councillor took over from long-serving club stalwart Neil Cavender at Sunday’s AGM.

And he says the hard work starts now in terms of making his ambitions a reality.

Oxley and his committee have revealed an eye-catching plan which also includes a drive to get more youngsters playing cricket.
