Simon and Phil prove to be the Top Dogs

SIMON Ivory and Phil Tipple won the penultimate Top Dogs competition at Clacton Golf Club.
They triumphed with a bogey score of plus ten.
In second were Terry Barnard and Lee Price, with plus nine, on countback from third-placed past captain Kevin Hill and Clayton Jeffrey.
