SEVEN bags of rubbish have been cleared up by kind-hearted residents.
Organised by Tracy Menzies, the small group carried out a litter pick in Lewis Walk, the Wick. They collected seven bags of rubbish after covering just 200 yards.
Mayor and Wickford councillor David Harrison said: “I thoroughly enjoyed it and would definitely recommend it.” He encouraged everyone to take part in a litter pick and to pick up their rubbish.
