A biker has died following a collision on the A127.
A yellow Honda motorcycle and a lorry were in collision near the junction with Hobleythick Lane at around 8.45am today (Friday, December 2).
The motorcyclist was sadly pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the lorry has been arrested on suspicion of causing death by careless driving.
The road has been closed in both directions while officers investigate.
Officers are appealing for any witnesses to the collision to come forward.

The road remains closed between Hobblythick Lane and Colmans Avenue.
All traffic in and around the area is slow and queuing, including Victoria Avenue and Priory Crescent.
