CHILDREN will be kept entertained during the half term, after Lakeside Shopping center unveiled a series of free-to-attend workshops.
A raft of events ranging from cooking to coding will play out at the shopping centre in West Thurrock Way from May 28 – June 5 from 11am.
A Lakeside spokesman said: “We’ll be helping families make the most of half term with the opportunity for children to leave our centre having made something amazing or picked up a new skill they’ll be looking forward to trying again at home.
“We’ve worked hard to put together a fun-packed set of activities that will put a smile on the face of all our customers at intu Lakeside and we can’t wait for them to see what we have in store.”
The week will kick off with a Food for Thought workshop and end with Happy Handcrafts, where children can make pom-pom pets and finger puppets.
Between then, there will be mug and movie making and more.
No booking is required and the workshops are open to all ages.
