Two people being treated after a bus and car crashed
TWO people were rushed to hospital after a crash.
A man and a woman were taken to Basildon Hospital after a bus and a car crashed.
The incident took place near Basildon Bus Station, Southernhay at about 12.20pm today.
Emergency services rushed to the scene.
A spokesman for the East of England Ambulance Service said: “We were called at 12.19pm today.
“We sent a rapid response vehicle and crews are currently treating a woman for chest pains and a man with leg injuries.
"We later sent two ambulances."
