Sweet-talking Mayor visits the Sugarcraft Guild
THE British Sugarcraft Guild Thurrock branch invited the mayor of Thurrock, Steve Liddiard, to its annual meeting.
The group kicked off the New Year with sugar expert Katy Ballanger demonstrating how to do “run outs” for both beginners and advanced sugarcrafters. Run outs are an advanced icing technique for cakes.
