The houses would have been built on Kings Road, Southminster
PLANS for three new houses in Southminster have been refused.
Maldon District Council last week threw out plans for three, two-bedroom houses on land near Kings Road in Southminster.
The council stated that the plans would be contrived and detrimental to the character of the area and would have unacceptable levels of noise and disturbance.
