ONE of the Noughties’ biggest pop acts played to a sold-out crowd at the Chelmsford City Racecourse.

Boy band Blue, famous for hits such as All Rise, One Love, Sorry Seems to be the Hardest Word and Guilty, wowed crowds at the racecourse’s ladies day.

The band have sold more than 15 million albums worldwide, making them officially one of the biggest UK boy bands of all time.

They also represented the UK at Eurovision.

Ladies Day had plenty more on offer as well as the music, with a full programme of racing from both Chelmsford City Racecourse and Royal Ascot to enjoy a flutter on.

There was a boutique shopping village to browse and explore and champagne on ice throughout the day.

This year was the third edition of the racecourse’s Ladies Day, and was the most successful to date, with all tickets selling out before things kicked off.
