A SELFLESS primary school student had her hair cut off to give to cancer survivors.
Sandra, 8, a year four pupil at St Michael's School in Braintree, had 26cm cut off from her hair to donate to the Little Princess Trust.
She said: "I wanted to give my hair to the charity for people who have had cancer and need wigs.
"People at school keep saying I have cut my hair.
"It is easier to brush in the mornings, it only takes me 30 seconds now.
"I can go to school with my hair down now as well."
