A teenager raised £200 for Help for Heroes with her first fundraising event.
Georgia Hardy, 18, was disappointed by the turnout at Witham Rugby Club on Saturday, but she has not been put off and plans to hold it again next year in the summer.
"The weather was really rubbish. We managed to raise £200 considering, which is pretty good with the amount of people who came," said Georgia, whose 23-year-old brother is in the Royal Marines.
"It was a really good day, it was a lot of fun and we sold quite a lot as well."
