THREE charities have scooped cash from a grant-giving board for 2008/09.
The Interaction Partnership Board, set up to spend a £3.8 million Government grant in Clacton's Pier ward and Jaywick's Golf Green ward, has allocated £28,000 from its revenue budget.
Tendring Outreach Service, which offers legal advice, has netted £13,000.

Teentalk, an advice service for youngsters which opened a new base in Clacton in April, has been allocated £5,000.
Pier Children's Centre, a drop-in service for families with pre-school children, has been given £9,950.
The board had £3.8 million to dish out between 2006 and 2010.
It has £420,000 to spend in 2008/09 and £270,000 in the final year.
