TRAIN company National Express East Anglia scored one of the lowest ratings for passenger satisfaction in the country.

Just 79 per cent felt the price of their ticket offered value for money in the nationwide survey conducted by Passenger Focus.

But it is still a three per cent improvement for the company from 2008 to 2009.
