A YOUNG football fan from Clacton met Arsenal star Robin van Persie at a special picnic organised by the club.
Ten-month-old Harvey Cattell met the premiership footballer at the Gunners’ Dinosaurs Picnic at Arsenal's Emirates stadium.
The free event, for the club’s youngest supporters, was attended by more than a hundred members who all had the chance to meet the player.
Harvey spent the afternoon using the arts and crafts stand and soft play area before watching a dinosaur puppet show.
“It was really great spending some time with some of our youngest fans today, and of course getting the chance to talk with their parents too,” said the Arsenal star.
“I’m a father of two young children and I know it’s good to put them in an environment where they make friends easily and enjoy themselves while learning to experience new activities.
“The Dinosaur Picnic was a great way to do this while spending some time at the Emirates too for all the Arsenal fans in attendance – I hope they all enjoyed their day.”
