COUNCIL chiefs are calling for help to catch “environmental terrorists” who are costing taxpayers tens of thousands of pounds every year.
The call follows the dumping of a bath, three toilet pans, tiles, builders waste and garden waste in Damants Farm Lane, Thorpe.
Tendring Council said the latest incident of fly-tipping will cost more than £500 to clean up.
It is the second time within a month the area has been targeted by fly-tippers.
