A GENEROUS lifeboat crew are once again collecting Easter Eggs for children in hospital.
Clacton RNLI started collecting chocolate eggs this week.
The eggs will be donated to to children in Colchester hospital, Addenbrookes children's cancer ward, in Cambridge, and children's hospices around the region.
Chocolate eggs of all sizes can be donated up until Saturday, March 18 when the crew plans on delivering them to the hospitals and hospices.
Senior Clacton RNLI crew member Tim Sutton said: "Last year we received 2,000 Easter eggs, and we hope that this year we will be able to collect even more."
