A COUNCIL has slashed its objections to plans for more than 240 homes in Kirby Cross after taking legal advice.
Developers launched an appeal after Tendring Council turned down proposals for land east of Halstead Road.
The council originally refused the homes on grounds of traffic safety, loss of “green gap”, drainage and the fact the site was not designated for housing.
