MORE than 100 fans who bought tickets for a top Michael Buble tribute act will get refunds after the show was suddenly cancelled.
Buble Fever was due on stage at Clacton’s Princes Theatre on Saturday.
Richie Arthur earned his reputation as the number one Buble tribute act in Britain in 2013.
But the 26-year-old from Newport, south Wales, has called off all his shows at a number of venues for the time being.
Princes Theatre manager Wendy Bilsby said it was “very regrettable”, but all those who had already booked would be refunded.
“We got a call from Richie’s father, who is also his agent, earlier this week to say that hewould not be able to come due to unforeseen circumstances,” she said.
“We do not know any more than that and apologise to those who will be disappointed, but everyone will receive a full refund.”
