A CHEEKY charity calendar has raised £1,000 for good causes.
Daring residents of Brightlingsea’s John King Court retirement home bared almost all with friends and carers to model for the saucy calendar.
And the calendars went like hot cakes to raise £1,000 to split between two causes.
Sharon Taylor, scheme manager of John King Court, presented £500 to the Autumn Centre for its work supporting elderly and disabled people in the town. The other £500 is going to be used by the residents of John King Court for a grand garden party in July.
Organisers thanked Forget Me Not Photography who gave up their time for free and Osborn Printers for their help.
