COUNCIL bosses say repairs to the entrances of seven roads in Jaywick have been welcomed by residents.
The £84,500 project has been completed on the Brooklands Estate.
County Hall funded the work, which was carried out by Tendring Council.
Nigel Brown, district council spokesman, said: “We have had a great deal of positive feedback on this programme of work, which will make these roads much more accessible to all types of vehicles on a daily basis.
“Those that have been tackled were the worst examples and were very much in need of attention.” Six more roads were also patched up and a number of streetlights repaired.
