A POPULAR performer in Clacton has raised more than £50,000 for Cancer Research UK.
Jack Foley has been treating audiences to his music in the Town Square for more than four years, raking in charity donations topping the £50k mark.
He first appeared as part of classical group Foley and Hepburn, but has more recently been performing on his own.
Jack was in Clacton on Saturday for his latest visit, which went down well with his fans.
“It was bitterly cold – and a bit wet – but it was great to see so many familiar faces and I always get a good reception,” he said.
Jack will be back in the town over Easter.
