A SURGERY which was forced to close due to a crippling lack of doctors more than a year ago is set to reopen after being taken over.
Kirby surgery, in Frinton Road, Kirby Cross, was closed in 2013 after the number of staff members dwindled.
Now it has been taken over by bosses at Thorpe’s successful surgery. It is set to reopen its doors to patients from December 1.
