Climate of fear as sex predator hunt goes on
WORRIED parents say a climate of fear is growing in Clacton after a serial sex predator accosted a sixth young man in Clacton.
Parents have been urged by police not to let their children go out alone.
The latest incident saw a 24-year-old approached by a man in St Ann’s Road, close to the junction with Old Road.
