Brightlingsea’s police station is on the market for £175,000, after closing more than two years ago.
The Station Road building still feels like a “nick”, with its reception area and front desk.
But estate agent John Lucas says it has stacks of potential. He has already shown about 12 potential buyers around the building.
The detached building went on the market earlier this month.
It was only built in 1984, but closed as a police station in 2012 to cut costs. Officers moved to the town’s fire station.
