Rubber dinghy rescued after drifting mile out to sea
AN inflatable dinghy was rescued after being reported in trouble a mile out to sea off Jaywick.
Clacton's coastguard rescue team kept the dinghy under observation while the inshore lifeboat went to its aid yesterday afternoon.
The dinghy, which had one person on board, was taken safely back to the shore.
