Body found by police formally identified

THE body of a man found by Essex Police earlier today has been formally identified as Clacton man David Royle.
The 66-year-old was last seen on Friday, September 28, in the Boley Drive area of the town.
At midday today his body was found by police off Holland Haven.
The death is not believed to be suspicious.
