Pupil beaten and robbed on way home from school

A PUPIL was robbed and beaten by a gang of teenagers as he made his way home from a school in Clacton.

Police are appealing for information after a 14-year-old boy, who studies at Clacton Coastal Academy, was punched repeatedly to the ground before his bike was stolen.

Five young boys attacked the pupil in Pathfields Road between 2.50pm and 3pm on Thursday.

Anyone with information call PC Annalise Redden on 101.

It goes like this Clacton man , I have an old mate he lives in ferndown quiet a rich area , he court a little scrota trying to break into his house the little scrot was 14 like this lot my mate held on to him till police got there , didn’t heart the little darling at all , when police arrived little scrot was put in the car he never got prosecuted but police said to my mate , “ if the parents want to prosecute you for assaulting there child we will be back “ not sure of the exact wording he said they used but that’s the jist of it. These little scrot’s know they cant be touched, and until they change the law to fit the crime not the age they will get worse and worse.

had all this sort of thing with my 12 year old grand daughter elsewhere.
school done rugger all at first,
till mum went and read the riot act to them.

still happened on the bus home from school though,
so,
a few 12 year old friends along with grand daughter became there own "security" team, taking boxing lessons & "martial arts"

word got round the school about the girls toughing up.

only the stupid now try it on.

the problem is why do kids have to protect themselves this much,
what causes this behavoural problem society they travel to school in.

maybe, it was when the last - lost - labour government brought in rules that teachers no longer had control of school children.
the school children accepted they could do no wrong, then the children in there care went wild, resulting in 2nd generation kids we now see going wild at school, while 40 year old parents go round stabbing people,
all due to the stupid ex Labour governments ruling that teachers no longer could control uncontrolable children in there charges,
which in hours is longer than most time spent under unruly parential control.

Nice, eh!

"the school children accepted they could do no wrong, then the children in there care went wild, resulting in 2nd generation kids we now see going wild at school, while 40 year old parents go round stabbing people,"

yet you rambled out this reply:-

""Girl beaten by thug turns into thug""

1st generation breads 2nd generation,
its not that hard to understand, IS IT?

I agree with you but parents aren't allowed to discipline their kids by giving them a slapping anymore are they? This is now called child abuse.
My heart goes out to the 14 year old who has been beaten and is now probably fearful of just going home after school. Shocking!!!!

No doubt the school will say that as it happened outside the school premises it isn't their concern. A lot of schools use this to avoid making a decision. If the victim can name who did this then those children can be expelled, but heads don't want too many expulsions as it sends their ofsted figures into the 'red'. As for the police no doubt if they do catch those that did it they will ask their victims parents if they are absolutely sure they want to press charges as the little scrots will get criminal records that will affect their future employment prospects. Well I say TOUGH !! If kids realised their futures will be ruined for breaking the law maybe a few of them would think again, but if the victims are persuaded to not press charges then they get away with it time and time again.
