Tendring school given prestigious mark

TENDRING Technology College has been given a Prince’s Teaching Institute mark rewarding its inspirational teaching.
The Prince’s Teaching Institute schools programme was set up to encourage schools to come up with ways to boost students’ learning.
Tendring Technology College has been handed the prestigious mark for its work in the last year.
Marks were given to the school’s English, history, science and geography departments.
Principal Caroline Haynes said: “We are delighted to have been awarded the mark for our innovative work, and will be proud to carry the mark on our stationery and website as evidence of our commitment to inspirational teaching.”
