Wind warning for water sports participants

A COASTGUARD has issued a warning to people taking part in water sports this weekend.
Thames Coastguard has urged people to be aware of the dangers of offshore wind and to help staff by reporting abandoned equipment.
All incidents, including abandoned equipment should be reported immediately to Thames Coastguard by calling 999.
