Clacton optician offers tips to reduce headaches

AN opticians in Clacton will be offering people tips on how to reduce the risk of headaches.
Specsavers, in Station Road, will be teaching people simple techniques and eye exercises to keep migraines and headaches at bay.
The initiative is part of migraine awareness week, as part of which people are being advised to have a regular eye examination at least once every two years.
