Firefighters tackle Jaywick blaze

FIRECREWS exstinguished a fire in Jaywick this evening.

Fighfighters wearing breathing apparatus used two hose reels, a jet and foam to tackle the blazing outhouse behind homes in Morris Avenue.

Crews arriving at the scene reported the building being completely alight.

A home at the rear of the fire suffered slight fire damage.

The fire was by out by 9.45pm.

A fire investigation will be carried out
