African hostel to benefit thanks to charitable shoppers

A HOSTEL in Namibia will benefit from charity cash after successful collections at two supermarkets.

The Catherine Bullen Foundation held collections at the Brightlingsea and Frinton Co-op stores and collected £357.37.

The cash will go towards the Foundation’s current project to build an additional dormitory to alleviate chronic overcrowding and provide showers at Eiseb Primary School Hostel in rural eastern Namibia.
