More than 100 new beach huts for Walton?

MORE than a hundred new beach huts could be built in Walton.
There are currently 22 beach huts on the slope down to South Cliff Promenade, but real estate agents are selling the land claiming there is the potential to accommodate 150.
Colliers International has been appointed to sell the site, which also features a car park and a kiosk which serves drinks and snacks.
The gated one-acre site is close to Walton pier. Beach hut owners are handed a key to the site.
Simon Bland, associate director at Colliers International, said the seafront at Walton is an attractive location for day visitors and local residents.
