New Marlowe play to take to Frinton summer theatre stage

A NEW play by Frinton favourite Patrick Marlowe will be showcased at Frinton Summer Theatre next week.

The actor and playwright will be treating audiences at the town’s McGrigor Theatre to a fourth new play in four years.

Good Intentions sees Adam and Celia work together in the world of high finance, wheeling and dealing across the world.

Adam is more concerned with the charms of Emily, his new girlfriend, when he is not being distracted by the seemingly uncontrollable activities of his many smartphones.

Celia is more concerned with the cooking at Alfredo's and the future of the company.

Neither are quite ready for the revelations that a night of Champagne and clafoutis at Adam’s Docklands flat will bring.

Good Intentions will play at the McGrigor Hall from Tuesday to Friday at 7.45pm and on Saturday at 4.30pm and 8.15pm.

Tickets are priced from £9.50 and are available from the box office on 07905 589792.
