Police appeal after hit and run

A WITNESS appeal has been launched after a woman was hit by a car in Walton.
The woman received injuries to her arm and was taken to hospital after being hit by a beige people carrier.
After crashing into the woman the vehicle kept driving away.
The incident happened at about 4pm on Saturday May 26, on High Street by the junction with Alfred Terrace.
Police are appealing for anyone who saw the crash or has information on the incident to contact PC Jamie Richmond at Clacton police station.
