Protege Reign are: Nigel Ward - Writer, Keyboards, Programming, Vocals, Gadgets; Jai - Vocals, Percussion; Protege Reign has grown from an idea first born 25 years ago. Not necessarily from a seedy bedroom in South Essex.. but pretty much :-) Writing songs about social awareness desperation and hope, the band have developed a sound reminiscent of the developing 80's synth culture blended with more athemic work such as you might associate more with artists like Simple Minds or contempory Muse.
