Plans to develop a former call centre into a 57-room hotel have been made available to the public.
London-based property company Ascott Group revealed an £11m scheme for the Jackson Road site after buying the site from Barclays, which closed the call centre after its amalgamation with Woolwich.
The former seven-floor Woolwich building could be converted into a Travelodge hotel and the site will also see 26 flats and the development of four semi-detached town houses on Ellis Road.
It is thought that Tendring Council will make a decision on the application in July.
