A CARE home has taken part in a week-long healthy eating initiative to encourage residents to stay hydrated. Residents at Corner House care home, in Clacton, were taught the importance of nutrition and hydration.
Administration manager Michelle Bale said: There were a lot of amazing dressing-up ideas, and lots of homemade goods to boost our residents’ health.
“Residents took part in different fun activities, and had exciting tasting sessions of all the goodies to promote the nutrition and hydration week.
“Residents realised how important keeping hydrated is for their complete wellbeing."
