Homes plan put forward for village
PLANS have been submitted for a new home in Point Clear Road, St Osyth.
The site is currently of a large garden and the new property would forms part of a ribbon of housing between Wigborough Wick Lane and the Mill Dam.
But plans show the house would be outside the defined settlement boundary for the village.
A decision on the plans is expected to be made by Tendring Council by April 19.
