REVISED plans to build a three-storey replacement home in Jaywick have been given the go ahead.
Planners have approved the scheme for land in Hillman Avenue, which will be taller than originally agreed last year.
The proposal involves no habitable rooms on the ground floor because the property is in a flood risk zone.
