A MOTORCYCLIST was seriously injured and flown to hospital following a crash.
The Clacton man, in his 20s, was transported to the Royal London Hospital on Friday afternoon with a suspected pelvis injury.
His red Ducati Hypermotard motorcycle collided with a silver Seat Alhambra car at the junction of Victory Road and St Osyth Road, in Clacton.
The 53-year-old Seat driver, from Clacton, was uninjured.
A spokesperson for the East of England Ambulance Service said: "His condition is not believed to be life-threatening.
"An ambulance crew, two rapid response vehicles and air ambulance were dispatched."
Emergency services were called to the scene just before 3.30pm.
