A DESPERATE dog owner who has offered a £1,000 reward for the return of her beloved pet has put huge posters alongside South Essex roads in bid to find him.

It was not unusual for cocker spaniel Bruno to go missing for a little while from his home but when he failed to return Georgia Macnamara, 29, vowed to do everything she can to get him back. She said: “We live in a very rural area and the dogs often slip out for a bit but they always come home.

“I ride my horse around the area so he knows the way.

“He didn’t come home on February 4 and we haven’t seen him since.”

Georgia, who lives in Witham, fears he has been stolen and has put huge posters up in places like the A130 and along the A127 near the Mayflower Retail Park in the hope someone will recognise him.
