Picture released of a similar bike to the one stolen from a garage in Columbine Gardens, Walton
A BIKE was swiped by thieves who broke into a garage in Walton.
Crooks forced open the door of the garage in Columbine Gardens to get at the red Paddock bike – a motorised fold-up bicycle.
It was taken at about 2.30am on Wednesday June 22.
A house in Rainham Way, Frinton, was also broken into between 2pm on Tuesday June 14 and 5pm on Thursday June 16.
Intruders broke in through a side door but nothing is thought to have been taken.
Anyone with information on the incidents should call police in Clacton on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.
