A TREASURE hunter bit off more than he could chew after finding a dozen mammoth teeth on the beach at Clacton.
Members of Colchester Metal Detecting Club were astonished when the amazing fossils finds were unveiled at their monthly meeting.
The enormous gnashers are believed to have been unearthed when Clacton's beaches were being given a £36million revamp.
