A HUGE fundraiser saw hundreds of people stride out for the annual Pier to Pier walk in aid of St Helena Hospice.
The annual event, now in its fifth year, saw supporters put their best foot forward as they walked between Clacton and Walton Piers.
They all walked the seven miles between the two piers, with some then doubling back to walk a return leg too.
Almost 450 people took part in the event on Sunday, which was staggered, with those completing 14 miles starting at 10am and the rest an hour later.
