Campaign to tackle litter-dropping menace has won major award to celebrate success
A CAMPAIGN to stop people dropping litter has won a major award.
The Love Essex campaign saw Tendring Council join forces with authorities and businesses across the county to tackle the problem.
Areas monitored saw a 41 per cent drop in litter.
The campaign scooped a prize at the Keep Britain Tidy awards.
