A COUNCILLOR is to face a standards board hearing next week after an alleged row over a cockerel.
Holland Residents’ Association councillor Joy Broderick stepped in following a dispute between neighbours over the noisy bird last summer.
But cockerel owner Elizabeth Lubin, of Fleetwood Avenue, Holland-on-Sea, complained Mrs Broderick had breached councillors’ code of conduct.
The charges include bullying and harassment.
